What happens on the call

We talk. No pitch. Here is how the 30 minutes runs.

Where you are. Your sales organisation, your pipeline, and where the quarter actually stands. You talk, I listen.

What I diagnose. I listen for the gaps I have heard for 34 years: discovery skipped, milestones assumed, forecasts built on moods. The same diagnosis I run in deal rooms.

What you do next. A straight recommendation. Sometimes that is Baseline Selling. Often it is something you can go and fix yourself, and I will say so.

The booking form asks ten questions. That is deliberate: it means the 30 minutes goes on your situation rather than on me catching up. Prescription without diagnosis is malpractice, in medicine and in sales.
